We cannot accept responsibility for a consequence that follows from information that was incomplete, incorrect or late.
Turnaround and government systems
Many of the services described here depend on government portals, departmental processing and third parties outside our control. Where we give an expected timeline it is an estimate in good faith, not a guarantee.
